Jenn started with Danville Dental Clinic in 2014 at the front desk with a background in Banking.  She now serves as the Accounting and Payroll Specialist.

She believes we can make a difference by helping each other, even when we are given limited opportunity. “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”

Rhonda has been a full-time Dental Hygienist at Danville Dental Clinic since 2003.  She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1990. She is dedicated to staying current in dental hygiene by taking continuing education courses. She is a member of the Indiana Dental Hygienists Association as well as the American Dental Hygienists Association.

Rhonda loves that her job enables her to improve one’s health and smile, and has been grateful for the ability to develop relationships with her patients.

Kelli Stauffer graduated with her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University. She loves educating her patients on the importance of preventative oral health care. In her spare time Kelly takes her daughter and dog Tinkerbell to the park. She enjoys “dad jokes” and supports Michigan Football.

Melissa has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant at Danville Dental Clinic since 2012. She graduated from Professional Career Institute with Honors for Dental Assisting. She continued her education at Indiana University School of dentistry in 2007 obtaining her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certificate. Melissa is very focused on assisting Dr. Hawk with every dental patient, using both technical knowledge and compassion.  She truly loves helping our wonderful patients.

Melissa lives in Indianapolis with her husband Ross, and her 5 children, including the newest member of her family: her son Connor.

Kate started working for Danville Dental Clinic in 2024, and has been an outstanding addition to the office.  She works at the front desk and is one of the friendly voices you hear when you call to schedule appointments.  

Lindsey is from Northeast Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She excels in both diagnosis and treatment of periodontal conditions and truly loves improving one’s oral health. She is known for her thorough yet gentle cleaning. She currently lives in Avon with her husband and their three boys. Lindsey likes to spend her free time outside, traveling, and being active.

Ana has been with Danville Dental Clinic since 2020.  She is an amazing Dental Hygienist with years of experience.  Ana’s hard work ethic and upbeat personality will make anyone’s day better.

Ana and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter and other family.

Emma joined Danville Dental Clinic in July of 2020 after graduating from the IU School of Dentistry as an Expanded Functionalist Dental Assistant.

Emma is so thankful for her wonderful and dedicated work family she gets to work alongside everyday. Emma truly loves assisting Dr Hawk and getting to know and help every patient. She enjoys people, especially children, and loves being in a role where she can serve others. Emma loves singing, playing piano, reading, and being active with her church and family.

Ruschelle has been working with Danville Dental Clinic since 2022.  She is a talented Dental Hygienist with years of experience.  She is technically proficient and genuinely cares for each patient.  Ruschelle enjoys being actively involved with teaching an assortment of classes in her co-op.
